Afternic question

Grabbed a couple names on drop today, tried to add to my afternic account and got an error. These names are already listed, apparently the old owner had them listed there, I checked and sure enough they are there.

this happen to anyone ?
what do you do ?
I sent an email but afternic is super slow with responding to emails.

I had the same problem and after 4 days support responded to my email. They removed the domain name from the system and I could add it again.

What email address did you send it to? When I send any support emails to [email protected], I usually get a response within max 48 hours. They are much more responsive than Sedo, imho.

I think that this is a common problem, I found someone listing one of my domains in Afternic, I was tempted to make an offer knowing that they could not fulfil it and see if whoever listed it attempted to buy the domain from me but in the end I contacted Afternic and they removed the listing within a couple of days.
