Afternic - Payment Threshold Option

Hello Everyone,

When we add a payment method at Afternic, there is an option called "Payment Threshold".

Per transaction fee is $5 if bank transfer option is selected in payment profile.

Assume there are 5 sales and net amount after 20% commission is $200 each.

So for payout of 5 sales, there will be $5 fee per transaction. ($5 * 5 transaction= $25 fee)

If we select "Payment Threshold" of $500, then it shall divide it into 2 transactions. ($5 * 2 transaction= $10 fee).

If anyone can share their experience of using this option, it will be helpful.

I think $5 fee which I mentioned is not about bank but Afternic's fixed transaction fee which we can minimize using threshold option.

I had confirmed it with Afternic.

They said : If you set up higher threshold, this will result in less transactions hence transaction fees indeed.
