After logos/script

Im still looking some logo's and two scripts.
Logo's for -
My company called 'XS Performance' makes/sells motorbike parts.

Im after a logo and a script, my logo idea is a carton man either with his arms up cause his cant decide, or their scratching their head.

Now the script I want to to add vechiles etc so i can add their details and when the user visits the page they can compare different bikes.

3.- bikeguides.co.uk
A script were I can upload bike guides etc, and I can list them under their makes.

4. bikerbabez.co.uk
Im after a script similiar to bebo, but I want my users to be able to rate one another.

Ill ill pay 10 to 50 dollors for the perfect logo, and ill pay 1-20 dollors for the perfect script.
