I am interested in developing one of my domains into an active site, I like the idea of the turnkey concept and affiliate programs. In particular I would prefer to use a pre designed template to do this and get it up and running, are there any decent sites out there catering for this?
I have been looking at a few of the top names on the net, most offer an affiliate service, but do any of them allow a turnkey type of site, would they allow an advert be placed on another companies turnkey site and vice-versa?
Which turnkey/affiliates are good in terms of competitive pricing, I have noticed a few turnkey affiliates etc e.g domain affilliates offering ludicrous prices such as £32 for a .com with 20% commission, I feel such prices will simply turn away customers rather than benefit the affilliate and it seems hard to find a decent competitive pricing structure for a site.
Are such sites profitable for the affilliates and which affiliates/turnkey sites are renound or have a good reputation for being successful?
Also, are sedo any good as an affiliate in terms of success rate, and can adsense be incorporated into a turnkey/affilliate site without annoying the provider? are adsense/google adverts really that profitable, do any lerned members have the typical commision/click rates given for the adverts?
