I am beginner in affiliate marketing and I want to start in Forex because high cpa.

I saw a forex affiliate network that called FXPN.con

Do you think it's a good choice to start marketing with them?

I would honestly advise against that. I have been in affiliate marketing for 8 years now and would suggest on something that pays out per lead. You want to start with an offer that pays somewhere between $0.40 and $10. Lately I had some success with Coupons printing offers. They pay under $1.00 per print but those are so easy to generate since it does not require a cash transaction and the consumer does not have to give up any personal info. If you are just starting out try an offer of that sort.
