domain Advice on a couple

Would appreciate input on a couple of domains I own but have only parked them in the last couple of days

getmovies.biz
employersdirect.net
employerdirect.eu

'getmovies.biz' is o.k. but most people still aren't used to '.biz'. I think it would better be used as a wholesale DVD movie biz.

The other two names are o.k. but would still need as much promotional attention as many still available 'employers' names.
