Hello,

I have this name I regged in "02" and just never let drop. My plans were for an "Electronics" barter, swap or trade site. And when "e" prefixes were popular I went with "e" and a "trade" with "me".com name.

If I use this "e" "trade" with "me" type of name would I still be in trademark goo? Not having to do with what the trademarked name does ..... Should I let it drop or sell it and be done with it?

My personal opinion is that if you feel you may be violating trademarks, just sell the name or get rid of it. In the end it's usually not worth fighting for.
