You don't really need a "list".
You can use adwords.google.com to see approximate bids on some terms (But note, those are for google results as well as content, content (Adsense) bids will be less, and you'll only get about 1/2 that).
Or use the overture bid tool: http://uv.bidtool.overture.com/d/search/tools/bidtool/ to see bids on the competing service, they are usually approximately correct at least.
Beware the "lists" of keywords for sale. Most are ripoffs, and require little more than common sense to figure out. "Plasma TV" would be worth more than "Pink stuffed pigs" would be
