AdSense, not targeting properly?

I know the coding is ugly :td: but the site runs fine.

I just can't figure out how to prevent the horizontal ad's underneath the logo from targeting toiletpaper ads instead of humor related ads (what the site is)...

Anyone know/can help?

You can block those ads using the competitive ad filter. Just keep blocking them until humor ads show up.
