TM issues - since this has a negative connotation Google would not like it, especially if you developed or made much profit off of it. (You imply it is developed...)

I would say low $xx IMO - I dislike this name. Adsense isn't nonsense.

i should of specified, it was an ebook called adsense-nonsense, the easy way to make money, something that sold but was not long, and i took all the negative things about google off of it, Because at the begining when i purchased it i added illegal ways which worked such as macros but had to delete to suit google policies etc.

#1) This has nothing to do with selling a domain - it can be "Pushed" without waiting for that limit ....
