Hm, I always wonder if you lose clicks during these down periods? They could save alot of money with an hour down.

I'm guessing you don't necessarily lose clicks when the Adsense is unavailable as I had several while the site was down.

I had 1/3 less impressions for the day than usual so I presume it simply hasn't updated the time that adsense was down

This happened last few days continuously, but always let you login when you try again. I'm getting lot uneasy with AdSense, they are getting more strict everyday adding new rules and editing their TOS like every month.
