Had that in the back of my head, not really a fan of plurals myself but wondered if it had a resell value.

The amount you will be willing to spend will probably depend on whether you are buying in end user capacity (to use the domain) or to resell the domain.
The market for .tv domains isn't huge, and the keyword is not the best fit imo.

Yeah, try focus on nice media/TV/entertainment words or even a short brandable name
