If it is already getting traffic great, most people would be looking for .com and doubt it will work out that great traffic wise due to this. Low $xx.

Address.net sounds like a pretty neat domain.

.NET is the second must used domain. I also like .NET more than .COM because it means "network", however, apparently .COM is the most popular
