Adding to database and emailing?

ive created an online form which sends information to an access database once the user has filled out the form on the web.

However as well as the information going to the database i also want it to email a relevant person too - is this possible????

Ive found out i need to use the CDONTS feature - ive implemented the following code but it returns a page not found error when i go to my confirmation asp page. Any help please?
