Adding and indexing php script

I am looking for a script that has an admin control panel, and everything lke that that can add, index,and alphabetize content

Like i have www.onlystop.net/onlyreviews. I want to be able to add reviews to the site, have them added and put into categories based on alphabetizing, movie genre, and etc. I'm also making a site that has recipes for food etc, and want it to work with something like that. I am NOT looking for a portal, but something like it. I want it to be EASILY integrated with my current sites and layouts, im not looking for a new website. I am currently not interested in paying, if there is a free script that can do this i am interested, if you can make something that does EXACTLY what i want, i will be interested in paying (no more than 30 dollars, might pay more if you can guarantee it does what i want). If you need more explanation please say so.
