What comes to mind is customised car horns, or other types of horns that people can buy. In this regard, I'd give a pass to the word "buy", not "add". I see little value in it, IMO. Welcome to the community

What i was thinking was for a digital marketing company because horn represents making your surroundings aware of you and work of Marketing agency is same so would it be good for sales and marketing category ?

That didn't spring to mind at all, if I'm honest. Domains that need an explanation are tough to sell. However, best of luck in selling it
