Hi, as the title said. I have just a minute ago added

downm.com

to my domain portifolio.

What do you think, is this any good.

My own thought is that i think something around x.xxx$

what do you think, is that waaaay off?

It is a generic word with a consonant added to it....with the m added, the word down is no longer a word in the English language, rather it is an unpronounceable 5 L. Unless I am blind to what the market is for downM I say reg fee or less undeveloped.

But is it not a plus that the m could stand for = Media, Mp3, Movie, Music, Multimedia, Mania and so on..

I'm going to say no, even take the word as a whole " down mp3" " down mania" "down movie" doesn't mean anything, and it isn't searched for....it is brandable at best and needs to be developed to gain any value.

what if I add, that it has been a website before with thousands of visitors for a couple of years ago?

Now I dont know the traffic, but for 1-2 years ago, it had a couple of thousand visitors a month.

Will that make any difference?

It had thousands of visitors beause it was a developed website, it did not have 1000's of visitors who were specifically looking for downm . This name needs to be developed to be worth anything. Otherwise it is just another regged 5L among 16 million others.
