yea the value is in your ownership now
if it was missing the a in the middle (add4u.com) id say the value of the domain alone would be much greater

tho adda4u.com isnt just a domain now its a developed pr3 web site /directory
you could find more value selling it as a site than a domain but i dont suggest that you will most likely regret it

i would not sell this for 300 and would keep it and develop it, add content, etc....

i must admit that i would have chosen another domain name to start developing a website with it, but now it is not important anymore (the domain name is not important anymore in your case).
