I don't know if there is an official time limit, but you dug this thread up after three months. I think he probably has the right to change his mind after all that time.

I don't know who you are or what you mean by "dug."

The offer was publicly posted online for anyone to accept. If the poster intended to withdraw, modify or otherwise revoke it, the poster should have done so before anyone accepted it. This was an open thread offering a domain and terms. I accepted the offer.

First, you refused to sell to me even though you had an open thread and a publicly available offer that I accepted. After I accepted your offer, you PM'd me asking for a higher price, and followed by starting a new thread offering the name for a higher price.

Now, you have the audacity to make false and defamatory remarks about me being "banned on a few forums and even maybe this one before." I've never been banned in either this forum or any other forum. Please set forth any facts you claim support your statement.

Moderators please intervene.
