Eric, Is there any information area where one can find the difference between "Active Member" and "Established Member"?

You're an Established Member, even though it's showing "Active Member" under your user title.

The "New Member" and "Established Member" titles are assigned automatically to members using Promotions. However, those promotions only happen when a member logs in. If a member hasn't logged in since we created those promotions, then their account won't be assigned to show either the "New Member" or "Established Member" user title.

There is also a "User Title Ladder" feature by our forum software (XenForo), which we use to provide a placeholder for user titles of members until they sign in and get assigned to "New Member" or "Established Member" but sometimes the user title doesn't update when this happens.

We don't know why yet. It appears to be a bug in XenForo. We'll look into it.
