Hi everyone, im currently selling this domain in the domains with parked traffic and revenue section. It makes about $30 a month just parked. And traffic is expired but has been stable earning for 4 months. I would like to know what offer would be good to accept for this domain. Action08.com

Also, pr3 and a lot of inlinks.

yes, it was previously a developed site. I have no idea what kind of traffic is coming to site because there is no way to install analytics on a parked page, i just know there are visitors that get to the site somehow.

BTW, i noticed the thread I created to sell the site is not up yet, is it moderated first?

It goes to an "under construction" page. There are no ads or anything. Nameservers are pointed to name-services.com (eNom).

I think thats because the DNS is being changed from a "This Site Is For Sale" pic that was up to its home DNS before selling. But anyway here is the thread with the sale and am i right with the BIN price of 10- 12 month revenue?

Lol, check my stats. It was parked on sedo until feb 27 and then since march 1st it had a "This Domain Is For sale" pic with a contact e-mail. Wait... why am i typing this? Didn't I explain above that I was transferring the domain back to its DNS?!?

But anyway, I know typo or type-in domains go for about 24 month of revenue (i think), but what about these kind of expired traffic site with PR and backlinks?

Yeh I know now, it pointing to namecheaps name server. I guess thats what they show until they get a parked page up, not sure how that works on namecheap.
