Thanks for your view on this.I have already checked on TradeMarkia website and found no TM regarding this name..but found ACCA-X.COM in TM. will it cause any problem?

Well it depends on what you are trying to use it to do. If it is not related to accounting or accountants, then you are fine.

Regarding ACCAX.COM i received offer of $1000 plus escrow fees but i rejected the offer and again this week i got email from them asking me my price for accax.com. After few research i found out that email i am getting from broker who provide domain to large corporate so how much should i ask for? please guide me through this.

Today i Received another offer from same company for $5000 plus escrow fees. I rejected the offer and did some research and found out the offer is from company Brand Certified Inc. Google, Microsoft and Netflix used this company to acquire few domains for them. so what you guys think how much i can get for this? I don't mind taking risk on this.
