Acade ad network

Hi, can anyone recommend any arcade ad network (like http://www.cpmstar.com/)

As I want to do the same as www.crazymonkeygames.com are doing with there ads, I want to make them look like games (Google adsense do not allow this )

Do CPMstar.com allow this then? Also why would you want to mislead your visitors. Do they actually go to game sites? If they do I may be interested in this networks aswell, but dont think I would want to mislead my visitors.
