I believe you need to own the domain to get an appraisal, however this domains value is going to be very questionable until we find out how popular the Zune becomes. I personally have a few good zune domains, and Im getting excited (I will be buying a zune).

AboutZune.com could act as an informational site with links to where to buy or how to customize. It doesnt seem like the right kind of domain for selling, could definetly be a forum. I believe it is limited, but does have good keywords. I would value the name in the low xxx range - obviously if zune takes off, this domain could be quite a bit more, as would mine!
