After picking up aboutwinnipeg.com , I started combing through, looking for large cities, to possibly link up in a network of related sites. I've picked several up, including these:

AboutCleveland.com
AboutCincinnati.com
AboutIndianapolis.com
AboutVail.com
AboutBanff.com
AboutTrenton.com

etc............ I've picked up some more this morning.....

I guess my question would be, what do you think, individually, these domains might be worth..........

They are good domains for informational sites about the cities.

It is just a matter of how many interested buyers there are.

I would say mid $xxx end user price for a decent size city name that may stir interest.

If you set up a portal network (About____.com) you could become a brand name of sorts. But it would take a lot of purchases, and there is always the about.com danger... personally I think that's a non-issue, but you can never be sure.

Sort of like that one fellow was buying every 5 # .info to be used as a zipcode portal for local information on each.

Midhigh $xx maybe.
