About renewing domains on Epik.com

Hello my friends .

One of my .vc domains which registered on Epik.com going to expire . I already renewed it and paid but the new expiration date doesn't appear in my Epik acount or in any whois site .

I tried to message Epik.com support but i didn't find any response .

Can anyone help me or tell me what can i do now ?

this is getting weird... so many probs on epik... at first I tbought a few isolated cases... now its starting to look like some weird pre closure nonresponsive scene
