Hello everyone,

I need to know that If a domain is registered at Registrar: TUCOWS INC.
Who is the drop catcher for this Registrar?

Is it Snapnames, NameJet, Godaddy or any where else?

Can any please help me out

I registered there and the domain which I want is in REDEMPTION PERIOD and I tried to search through the website you gave me but it says the following :-

The following error(s) have occurred!

We found no results that match your search.

Will I be able to see when it's in PENDING DELETE status or there is something wrong I am doing ?

And 1 more question that If no one bids that domain in TUCWOS, so will it be free in 1 week of time or is it good to place backorder some where else too places like SnapNames, Godaddy, NameJet
?

Provided that the current registrant doesnt renew the domain, consider the following: -

1. If it appears at their auction site and you win the auction there, you will have got the domain that you wanted.

2. If you decide that you want to wait until it drops because you dont want to pay $60+ for the name and no one wins the auction and you allow it to go in to PENDINGDELETE status, there is no guarantee that someone else wont swoop it up and keep it for themselves.

3. If you allow it to drop, then i would indeed recommend that you register your interest at Snapnames.com or Pool.com for the domain in question. However if its a decent name you can be sure that you will be bidding against others with deep pockets.

4. It certainly wont be just one week before it drops, it will have to go through the full dropping procedure which can be over 40 days.

Sorry brother, I didn't understand what you said.

The domain is currently in REDEMPTION PERIOD and the owner is some one else and surely this is going to come in PENDING DELETE Status and then will be available so what is the best way to get that domain. That domain's registrar is TUCWOS and I am ready to spend $60 which is the starting price of auction but currently when I search in the above site for that domain, it doesn't show because it is still in REDEMPTION PERIOD and not in auction; so what do you suggest me the best to do to get that domain.

Since it's in redemption it's too late to get it at tucows auction.
Backorder with snap & pool, possibly a few others like godaddy and cross fingers.
