actually I made 5 transitions using paypal , no problems so far

today , a newbie just contacted me for purchasing a domain , and he has some problems with his paypal account he just made , so I'm afraid of that , I'm afraid that he will make me some troubles in my paypal account
and also asking just to be safe for maybe larger amounts in the future

and also , I just wanna ask , is it against flippa policy to let the buyer pay using other methods not mentioned by flippa , bitcoin , skrill , payoneer etc,,,,
, then I will pay the 10% invoice

AFAIK, it is not against Flippa's policy, but it also does not provide you with any protection against bad deals. Paypal has built in buyer protection while both Flippa Escrow and Escrow.com provide inherent protection by being escrow services.

With 3rd party, non-escrow type services, either the payment must be made first or the goods delivered first which also brings in some amount of risk when transacting with strangers

Go to Bido.com, link your PayPal to their escrow service and that is that. Buyer will pay to Bido, they will send a payment to your PayPal and problem solved :)
