I registered some domains during the landrush period but I can´t figure out if I got them or not, nor what status they are in!!!
in the "Pending Actions" -panel under description some of them say "First Step" and others say "Waiting for Go-live starts"...

today is the 17th of march and have not been notfied about any auctions for any of my domains so no clues there about what the the descriptions mean!!

Does anyone else have this problem?? (Im sure some of you do)
seem to me there is not a lot of info at all concerning the whole .asia registration

anyways hope you all got some good ones :$: during the landrush and that your not as clueless as me :'(

With which registrar your names were submitted? how did you see the 'pending actions'?

I registered all of them with asiadns.com (eurodns),, i could see the pending action under the Pending panel

You aren't alone. I went through the same registrar and haven't received any notifications either. I applied for one domain that I'm expecting to get outright and should be in auctions for others but haven't heard a thing.

I believe domains will be disbursed Mar.18 if you are
the only applicant. Otherwise they head to auction.

yeah the info from asiadns had been 0
but the strange thing is the different comment that i have for different domains, since dome say "waiting for Go-Live start" and some as "first Step"
has anyone else got the same comment in their pending domain status?

nothing at new at all,, but i heard that they only auction of 40 .asia a day at pool so it might take a while

and I have still not found out what the messages in my pending status mean,

"waiting for go-live" and "first step"

sent an email to asiadns a few days ago but still no answer..

hope your domains will go to auction soon, or better yet no auction at all and just get them :hehe:

According to Pool auction site, all auctions are open for at least 7 days and only open/close from Monday to Thursday.

So if they really only process 40 .asia a day, it's gonna take them approximately 5 years to finish .Asia Landrush auctions.

"All auctions are opened for 7 days. By default, auctions will open and close from Monday to Thursday. If a change in leader occurs during the last 24 hours of the auction, the auction gets extended for an extra 24 hours from the time of the leader change. Once 24 hours has passed with no change in the leader, the auction will close, payment will be collected and the domain will be awarded."

How do we pay payment? Do we pay directly to the registry or through the registrar we submit our names?

Pool will directly charge you unless your registrar have opted to collect auction payment.

For me the description is "Submitted to the registry" at eurodns.com.
Got another question: if i don't get the domain, Would I get a refund for the amount I paid?

yes you will get a refund form eurodns i think , at least i got a refund when i tried to register a domains that they later informed me had allready been taken during the sunset period, but if you get a refund they charge a small fee to transfer the money back to you, you can also let the money stay in your eurodns account and use it to buy other domains.

strange that you had the description "submitted to registry" how many pending discriptions are there??? :-/

Thanks, ilween.... I would prefer to keep in my account and register soime other .asia domain. I have a feeling that all 3L .asia domain names will go pretty fast.
Another point to add, my credit card has been charged 3 days after I applied for the name.

Just wondering, could it be you submitted it the very last minute and the landrush had closed during that very minute you click the button? Maybe it didn't went through and is "pending for go-live"... just my wild guess...

no i dont think so the ones that say "waiting for go-live starts" i submitted more than a week before the landrush-period closed, its too bad there is no official whois for .asia that works yet, it´s easy to register a domains that was allready taken during the sunrise,,

Today they posted this message on dotasia.org

".ASIA LandRUSH Auctions

Coming Soon!
(LandRush Auctions have not yet started)"

so it seems it´s goiing to take a while... the other auctions were only for sunrise, i thought they had started some of the landrush auctions
