ABC.com Trademark Issues

I've just done research on uspto.gov and I got about 930 results return using keyword "ABC" such as ABC, ABC Auto Insurance, ABC Charters, (another) ABC, (another and another) ABC

and consider if:
1. in other country like japan someone own trademark for ABC as well
2. there's some one named ABC
3. there's a very very very big company named "Alkjkjkd Blksdjflksdjflk Clajlsk" and they use ABC a lot


my question is, who deserve to own ABC.com ?

in fact, ABC tv own this domain.... can the other owner of 'abc' trademark sued ABC tv?

maybe it is similar to nissan case, but i don't really understand why both party loss the domain.

The question isn't "Who deserves to own ABC.COM?" since everyone deserves
a fair and equal chance of getting it. The real question is "Who got ABC.COM
first?".

If you checked the WHOIS, it's still registered to Nissan Computer Corp, Mr.
Nissan's company (supposedly).

There are lots of things one can get in "search results" from the trademark registration database. Not all of them are registered trademarks.

It's not owned by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, it's owned by some American company
