A Wombat Simpsonize Clone

Hi Guys I was wondering what it could cost to have a similar script like Simpsonize Me running on my Wombats Website??
I would like people to be able to upload their images and modify them in the generator to look like a wombat...
lol just wondering,
but if the price is right I am def. going to do this...
