Hello everyone.
I'm new to domaining, but I've been a coder for around 5 years now, and into graphics design/web design for 8 years. I just recently got into domaining, bought 50 or 60 domains, and now I'm trying my hand at developing them so that I can sell them for a profit. I'm quite good with search engine optimizing, I've spent alot of time doing it, and gotten websites listed number one on google for generic terms like "Battlefield 2142 Clans". The top site on that search, is mine. I'm hoping to make a living doing this, although I'm unsure at this juncture how long it's going to take to make enough to live on. Initially I know if I did make enough to live on, it wouldn't be gobs of money. However, I'm used to living on little money, and make under 10,000 a year right now, so if I can even make a little over that doing this to start out with, I will be happy.
Does anyone who is experienced, know if this will be possible?
At any rate, it's nice meeting you all and I'm glad to be here. It's a cold lonely place out there in the domaining world, if you don't have a place to go to ask questions and talk.
