Hmm...keyword is bodybuilder.i think you need to develop these kind of sites as they have lots searches.so i suggest you to develop this site and you may get low xxxx if it has a good pr.if you sell it undeveloped you may fetch low xxx from a reseller.

Sorry jsut realized this was in appraisals section. Low/Mid XXX as with any good [x]talk.com.
As far as ways to profit, magazine subscription affiliates... bodybuilders are big on their mags and very loyal as well... also I know there are some great affiliates for supplements as well.

Great name, would have a great application as, well, a Body Builder forum. As-is, you could see mid-high $xx, and of course more to an end user.

Perhaps you could find some experts here at NamePros who are knowledgeable on the subject and help them get the ball rolling on a small forum you could throw up.
