A search engine of search engines? Is it possible?

I have a name that gets steady type in traffic and I would love to make a search engine that grabs results from other search engines.

Is there a script out there that can do this or better yet a CMS that has this capability?

I'm sure this has been done before, so I just want to know how I can do it.

It's been done many times. The oldest I know of is dogpile.com. Another big one is metacrawler.com.
