- no evidence that people actively search this word alone or combined with other words in a phrase, so expect few type ins
- google adwords estimated average cpc = $0.05, not good for monetizing the occasional visit
- the word's meaning would be challenging to focus in a way that visitors expect or appreciate ... what under-exploited market is begging to be served by arrogated dot com? ... people whose property has been seized by eminent domain?
- few well known websites are based on past tense obscure verbs, so resellers and/or developers are not inclined to choose this grammar form
- few if any big dollar prior sales of past tense obscure verbs

liquid resale value: $x - $xx
end user demand: nil

I had never even heard of the word before now. The dictionary meaning is "To take or claim for oneself without right; appropriate" which doesn't help much. So, I would have to agree with ecalc's monetary assessment, although I will say that you might get lucky since it is a one-word .com.
