A Question?

First off what are the green squares and and when do I get the next one. Also what are the stars for and how can I get those? I have seen all different kinds at different levels with one green box or 10...help please!

The green squares i think represent your reputation. So when someone gives you reputation points for good replys once you get so many you get more squares.

That thread says that each green box is 100 rep pts...none the less the guy that posted had 4 with 34 rep pts...lol...nobody knows...
