Are all domains with an image the premium package, or do editor's choice domains also get an image, and if the latter then how do you know which are premium and which are editor's choice?

Are the domains with the yellow highlight the premium, and the domains with the white background editor's choice?

Also, can you upgrade a listing after listing for $9? So...... list for $9, you get bids taking it up to say $100, can you then upgrade the listing for the remainder of the listing period, or is this only something you can do at the beginning?

Regarding the image or the logo you can add it for $40, I have asked them before and they asked me to pay $40.
