Established A game website going for less -- earn $$ with it

I made this website today and decided to sell it the same day aswell . I just had another thought of a website.

the website is: http://www.tubegame.com

i just added the adsense today and i received 5 clicks $1.36 so far and only 10 visitors went to it (imagine 100 visitors?).

The website can easily recieve high revenue, it just needs to be advertised.

The logo + webdesign is unique (1 of a kind). The start up bid is: $50

Arn't your ads breaching the google TOS?

The way they say "Sponsered Games Sites".. and have a completely different picture?

Google TOS states, "You cannot manipulate clicks in any way, in the form of false clicks or....."

Have you never had a warning?

i'm sorry to say that those pics are against google TOS.
if you ever read their TOS you should find that you must clarely mark your google ads from the rest of the content, or something like that

no thats not against google TOS. i believe a few days ago someone asked if having the google ad looking exactly the same as a game was allowed and google said yes it was allowed.

You have permission to use pretty much any game, but im not sure if your allowed to link to the game directly on their site.. I really hate people who have an arcade, but cant afford to host it on their own site. I hope they all go down.

ok well i mean most of the games, as long as you dont edit or remove the copyright, the creator is more then happy you put them on your website (they get more visiters)
