I like seobasic.com, It has the largest sum of possibilities out of the three you have listed. I will roughly say that as a domain only you are looking at High $XX -if developed into a SEO website with a nice PR and a large group of visitors then I could see it fetching upwards in the low $X,xxx mark. SEO Basic, you could teach the Basics on seo and not even worry about the domain by going into the more advanced SEO areas.
