They could be used for an online store that sells crystal sculptures and what not. Spectrum makes me think of color spectrum like a prizm and crystal trinkets make great gifts for grandma!

That said, low $xx to reg fee probably undeveloped.

Actually It is for my client that owns a crystal store. I just thought it was a good domain (so to be honest I was consittering selling it to him above register price)
