Here are some names I bothered to find.
I went on a search to find most of them to see if there were any I would like to register. The following names are ones I considered but did not register.
I believe these names are great and I'm stunned they've all been dropped and not registered yet!

Health names: developing a health site is a good idea IMO. You can use content rich articles and plug it in with Adsense and get some nice bucks, especially for cancer terms. Of course if you're going to develop a health site, you'll need a great domain like one of the following to start out!
healthandwellnessuk.com (.net and .info taken)
healthandherbs.net (catchy name IMO - .com/org/info taken)
healthcareboard.net/.org (cool forum name PLUS the com/info/biz/us extensions are taken!)
healthcarejobbank.org/.info (might be okay for one of them automated job-search scripts. The com/net/biz/us extensions are already taken! Can't be that bad of a name, eh?)
healthcoop.net (nice, easy to remember, com/org/info already taken)
healthinsurancesavings.net/biz/org/us (all of the extensions were previousley registered, but now only 2 are. It's not a bad domain either!)
healthtecs.* (all exts now avail.)
healthyworkplace.net/biz (cool name and all other extensions taken!)
Gaming names: everybody loves gaming. Gaming sites are fun to maintain and it's something a lot of people are really interested in.
armygaming.com/net (wow, good name! The .org is taken but these two jewels are available!)
connectgaming.com (gees, this is available?! The .net is in the process of deleting, but what an awesome name!)
exgaming.net (short and easy to remember, the .com and .org are taken)
lsdgaming.com/net (both exts previousley registered, right now the .info is taken)
npgaming.com (previousley deleted, maybe NamePros Gaming? Naw just kidding about the NP thing. But it's a great name nevertheless!)
Forum names: forums are easy to operate, and can bring in the cash if you play your cards right. Here are some excellent names I have found for forums:
canibusforums.com (perfect for that huge culture of potheads!)
cherforums.com (like Cher? Here's the perfect name!)
coldforums.com ("Cold" is a very popular rock/metal band of today, why not get this perfect name?)
deerforums.com (deer hunters, or hunting-game players unite!)
lingerieforums.com (wow, excellent names! I'm sure if someone developed this you'd have traffic almost instantly if you promoted right!)
packerforums.com (any Green Bay Packers fans out there?)
roadforums.com (a possible forum for travelers? .com/net/org were previousley reg'd!)
searchengineforums.net (holy crap! Good name! Especially since the com/org/info extensions are already taken!)
scforums.org (StarCraft maybe? .com/net/info already taken!)
secretsocietyforums.com (conspiricies? The .com/info were previousley reg'd and right now the .net is reg'd)
wtfforums.com (WTF, this is avail? Haha, anyways the .net is taken!)
xfilesforums.com (previousley registered - I can't believe this gem isn't taken!)

I spent a few good hours looking and putting the list together and there REALLY are some EXCELLENT domains in here. I'd like to register just about all of them if I could!
