I don't do appraisals anymore but maybe I can offer some guidance:

6N .com's have to be VERY unique or they are pretty much worthless. You have to understand why one number is worth something and how much. Much of it is patterning or CHIp's.

Right now about 30% of them are still available, which is a HUGE number.

If you run a random number string generator and dump it in GD's bulk reg, you can see how many are available.
