I like this one. .cc isn't great .. but the "Appraise" keyword is great! I'd take it in .cc before .xyz and a bunch of other new gTLD's. Estibot puts it at $25, but I think you'd very likely get more to an end user. Problem is that .cc domains don't attract too many end users from what I gather so you might need to wait a bit though.
