In my personal opinion doesn't worth $3k (as listed on GoDaddy). You can get (good) Tokyo related domains for less than that.

I think you could possibly get $1000+, but most certainly not easily nor quickly. As Tudor stated, there are many other options. Consider the number of words that could replace your "way" keyword and this can reduce the price as yours is then not rare/unique or sought after.

That is one potential end user, who may be fine with their ".jp" as many uk companies are fine with their .co.uk (some don't even reg the .uk).
Email them and ask if they want to buy it, although if they are a decent sized business then I am quite sure they will be aware that the .com was sitting there. Maybe with the recent changes in China they might now want the .com, who knows. Worth a try as it's a perfect match :)
