Sorry, I don't know what the potential is for a 909 (or NNN) domain.
How would the new owner make money with it?

The .biz is a value limiter (unless 909 is extremely popular).

I would check into the domain market in China.
I've read that they really appreciate number domains.

For my purposes, not worth reg fee.

People sold NNNN.com for high $xxx to low-mid $xxxx many times.
This domain is NNN but on .biz
if it was on .com, you could get mid $xxxx to high $xxxx
It seems people like them on China and other places as well.
Because this domain is on .biz you can expect to get mid $xxx to high $xxx from a potential end user.
I don't see real value on resell, perhaps high $xx to low $xxx

IMHO, such domains are really hard to sell.. specially when its .biz.

Reg price for me as I don't see 909 something famous... However, 911 would've been a good one.
