selling domain are not abuse of terms. if you misuse it , than its risky at all...

check windows10.com and many more sites, with similar performance...

I'm not a lawyer, but it seems like you could run into trouble with the window domains too.

I'm not sure how you do anything with them and not violate the TM. If you're planing on selling glass windows that's one thing but Windows10? I doubt you're buying that name to sell glass.

i will still say, selling domain is not abuse of TM,
all trademarks are subject to category registrations..
for example,
I can have website with name motorola.ws for my business having "motorola fabrics.." or "motorola salon"
if i would have "motorola mobiles" then its definitely abuse of trademark terms..

Lol, I'm not the trademark police if you think you have a model that works then great.

I do think the risk is worth mentioning since you were promoting them as established brands. I don't want a new domain investor to see those domains labeled as "ultra premium" and buy them without knowing the extreme risk they're taking.

At least you don't have them parked so that's good.
