What is the exact procedure for the transfer? Do I have to fill in many forms?
The domain stays with nunames or it has to be transferred somewhere else?
...I'm considering BIN if the procedure is not too complicated.

It is not complicated at all.

Basically there are 2 forms that I will fill in once they payment is done and I get the info from the winner of this auction.
After this I will send the required forms by email to nunames and they will process the changes. From experience they reply within less than 24h.
