The ones with "Sony" in them are likely worthless due to trademark issues. Unsure if PS3 is a trademarked term.

I'd only buy ps3hunt.com for high $$$ low $,$$$. However I'm not interested.

You may risk getting sued because of trademarks... Remember... it only takes one lawsuit to turn profits into a BIG loss

I would make sure ps3 isn't a trademark. If it is then all of those domain are worth $0. Not even reg fee.

'PS3' is a trademark of Sony.

The problem with this is that Most Domainers are buying names to resell and while holding the domain; revenue is generated through parked ads. This is where you can have problems with Trademarks as you are making profit of the companies image WITHOUT promoting the company in any way.

Saying that, the 'PS3' domains are still valuable to the end user as long as the domains are developed by a retailer of PS3 or made into a site to promote PS3. PS3 is a product so thats fine. As for 'Sony' domains your sitting on the borderline as this could mis-represent the site to be owned by Sony.

There are NO trademark issues if your site promotes or sells PS3, no company is stupid enough to sue their own sales team. You are only in violation of Trademarks if you are promoting your own services or products using their image to fool people for your own benefit.

So to a reseller as previously stated these as worth Nil. Due to the fact that domainers are risking being sued if they generate parked revenue of a trademarked name.

You need the end user for these to be worth anything or develop them yourself, just make sure you are promoting the company.
