reseller on these three digit numbers is around $25-50. End user negotiations I would start at around $400, or more if a "higher" meaning could be attached to 899.

This domain is used by China Telecom. I don't know the significance of the number though.

"899" is apparently not an area code here in the US, just got off the phone with Verizon. *hides*
False alarm, David ... and agree with above appraisals/ranges.
