I can see where there is confusion here but firstly You are never permitted to help bump another members sales threads. It has been accepted for a long time that start means the first buyer is willing to accept the OP minimum starting bid. This is something I will highlight to the team as because of this we may need to look at the rules to see if we need to make all bids more clear.
